How do I play?
Boxes: take turns drawing a line between two dots. Close the fourth side of a box to claim it, then play again. Most boxes wins.
Triangles: stretch a band in a straight line across 3 pegs up to a whole row. Every small triangle it closes is yours. Most triangles wins.

How do I play online with friends?
- Open Boxes or Triangles and tap Online with Friends.
- Sign in (Apple, Google, Email or Guest) and pick a name and picture.
- Tap Create room, then Invite a friend or share the room code.
- When everyone is in, the room owner taps New game.
Voice chat tips
- Tap Mic to talk and Speaker to hear the others. Red means off.
- Two phones in the same room of your house will echo. Use earphones, or sit apart.
- Voice needs microphone permission. If you said no, allow it in your phone's Settings → Dot Rivals.
Someone is rude. What can I do?
Tap their picture: Mute voice, Hide chat, Block or Report. Blocked players can't reach you. See our Terms of Use.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Online account → Delete account. More: Delete your account.
Does the game have ads or purchases?
No. Dot Rivals is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
