In the game (fastest)
- Open Dot Rivals.
- Tap Settings (the gear on Home).
- Tap Online account.
- Tap Delete account, then follow the steps (we email a 6-digit code to prove it is you; guests skip this).
Deleted right away: your sign-in, profile (username, name, picture), game ID, stats on your profile, friends list and push token.
By email
Can't open the game? Email help@oneclickorderpro.com from the email address of your account (or with your username or 9-digit game ID). We delete the account and its data within 7 days. Ask in the same email if you also want your moves and chat lines in past games removed.
What we keep
Nothing that names you. Moves and chat lines in past games stay with those games (so they still make sense to the other players) unless you ask us to remove them. Games on your phone keep their stats on your phone until you uninstall the game.
