Keep the WooCommerce Add to cart button on screen. A slim bar with the product, price and button slides in when shoppers scroll down.

== Description ==

Shoppers scroll down to read the description, the reviews and the size guide. By then the **Add to cart** button is far above them. Sticky Add to Cart Bar brings it back: a slim bar slides in at the bottom (or top) of the screen with the product picture, name, price, a quantity box and an Add to cart button. When the real button is back on screen, the bar slides away.

It is light, works on phones and computers, and needs no setup.

= What shoppers see =

* **Simple products:** picture, name, price, quantity and Add to cart.
* **Products with options (size, color…):** the bar says "Choose options" and takes the shopper to the options with one tap. Once an option is chosen, the bar shows its price and adds it. A sold-out option shows "Out of stock".
* **Grouped products:** "Choose items" takes the shopper to the list. Chosen items are added together.
* **External / affiliate products:** your own button text, opening the partner link.
* **Sold-out products:** no bar.
* **Phones:** a compact bar with one big button that sits above your theme's phone footer bar.

= Works with your shop =

The bar's button presses your real Add to cart button. That means everything on your product page keeps working: product options and add-on fields, quantity rules, your theme's scripts and other plugins. There are no extra requests to your server, so it is safe with page caching.

* Classic themes and block themes (Twenty Twenty-Five, the Add to Cart form block and the Add to Cart with Options block).
* Storefront: the theme's own sticky bar is switched off while this bar is on, so shoppers see one bar.
* WooCommerce order tables (HPOS) and the cart and checkout blocks.
* Translation ready, right-to-left ready, keyboard and screen reader friendly, and it respects "reduce motion".

= Settings =

Find them under **WooCommerce → Sticky Add to Cart**, with a live preview for phone and computer:

* Turn the bar on or off, on computers and on phones.
* Bottom or top of the screen.
* Show it after scrolling past the button, or whenever the button is out of sight.
* Show or hide the picture, price and quantity box.
* Your own button text.
* Light or dark bar, and your button color (the text color is picked for you so it stays easy to read).
* Hide the bar on any single product (Product data → Advanced).

= Pro =

[Sticky Add to Cart Bar Pro](https://oneclickorderpro.com/sticky-add-to-cart-bar/) is a separate add-on with: add to cart without a page reload, a Buy now button, choosing options inside the bar, star rating, sale badge and low-stock note, full design control, showing the bar only in some categories, and a report of the sales that came from the bar. The free plugin works fully on its own.

== Installation ==

1. Go to **Plugins → Add New**, search for "Sticky Add to Cart Bar" and click **Install**, then **Activate**.
2. Open any product in your shop and scroll down: the bar is there.
3. Optional: change the look under **WooCommerce → Sticky Add to Cart**.

WooCommerce must be installed and active.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Where are the settings? =

In **WooCommerce → Sticky Add to Cart**.

= The bar does not show. Why? =

It shows on product pages that can be bought, after you scroll past the real Add to cart button. It does not show on sold-out products, on products where you ticked "Hide the sticky bar on this product", or when it is switched off for phones or computers in the settings.

= I see two sticky bars. =

Your theme has its own sticky add to cart. Turn the theme's one off in the theme settings (Storefront's is switched off for you).

= Does it work with product add-ons and custom fields? =

Yes. The bar presses your real Add to cart button, so all the fields on your product form are sent as usual.

= Does it slow down my site? =

No. Its files are small, load only on product pages and make no requests to your server.

= Does it collect any data? =

No. The plugin does not track visitors and does not connect to any outside service.
